Issue converting from Splunk Enterprise free trial to fully licensed setup

I installed an Enterprise Trial version of Splunk, however I want to change the license to a full Enterprise license and Splunk will not let me. The Trial period has not expired. Here is the error message I get:

Bad Request — Splunk.License: failed to add reset license from license group:'Enterprise' to active license group:'Trial'

Any ideas as to how to get this to work will be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Ken

When you're on the Licensing page, try hitting "Change license group" and switching to an Enterprise license first. I suspect it's still set as a Trial license and isn't letting you add the full Enterprise license because the license group type doesn't match.

I did try that, but it doesn't seem to want to change groups for some reason
