unable to start the splunk on my mac os High Sierra system

I install the splunk to my mac for several times, but I still cannot be able to start it.

Can anyone gives me advise on what happen? and how to resolve it?

Can you confirm that your system matches the system requirements?

HFS is supported, newer filesystems might not be...also double check that directory mentioned in the screenshot exists.
