How can I forward cloud-based JIRA logs to on-premise Splunk instance?

How to integrate Splunk with Jira which is on Cloud. (Splunk is at on -premise and Jira is at AWS). Any app available in splunkbase?

Assuming your not using an AWS VPN or DX into your AWS VPC:
You would want to install a Universal Forwarder on the Jira server, and configure your on-prem Splunk deployment to listen for events from the internet (best idea is to install a dedicated Forwarder in your DMZ - make sure its properly secured, and only use TLS forwarding ports).

Then configure the UF on the Jira server to send events to the address of your DMZ forwarder TLS ports.
