Why aren't badges updating?

I should have my yearly badge, verify email, etc ....
But my badges haven't been updating. What gives?

You do have "Validated Email" badge, but you are right about the other one, as we do not have "yearly badge" any more, since we upgraded to a different Q&A platform.
