How can I renew a splunk light free license?

I've been running a splunk light free license for a year, and it's expired. How can I renew this?

I'm in the same case , after one year my splunk light free edition is asking for a new license.

i sent email to splunk support, but do not get any answers or a new free license.

Someone has a contact to renew the light free license ?

Thanks for that - I had found that document.

Any ideas on how to contact splunk to answer this? Nothing on the website and this question was my attempt at contacting splunk....

Your Splunk Light Free license has a one-year term. When your Splunk Light Free license expires, you have the following options.

• Purchase and install a new Splunk Light paid license (perpetual or term.)
• Purchase and install a Splunk Enterprise license to upgrade to Splunk Enterprise.
• Request another Splunk Light Free license by contacting Splunk.

However it doesn't say how. This question was my attempt at contacting splunk...

I've also tried filling in the 'contact sales' page a few times since the 12th of August - no response.

I have converted my answer to comment, for others to notice as well. However, Contact Sales should be your option. They should ideally respond back. You can also try reaching them by phone and refer to your ticket.
