Why do I see "Access Denied" page when I access the Answers page?

I see "Access Denied" page when I try to open any Splunk Answers page. I could open it when I am logged out. Also when I go to home page, I do not see any question listed. What have I done wrong :(.

Hey @ss026381, We had a few reports of this issue today and escalated the issue to our service provider. They are still trying to figure out exactly what happened, but the issue should now be resolved. It was related to the user groups, hence the discrepancy between being logged in or out. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue. Rest assured you did nothing wrong. Thanks for being a part of our community!
