Splunk 6.6.2 and Chrome -- no cookie support

I am getting an error message with 6.6.2 when I first login to Splunk saying "No cookie support detected. Check your browser configuration."

I've checked my settings -- cookies are allowed, localhost:8000 is whitelisted, I've cleared my cookie data.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Restarting Chrome after clearing the cache solved the problem.
