Yes, take your panel's search and save it as a saved search that you schedule to run every hour. Then replace the search string in your panel with loadjob
:
| loadjob savedsearch="admin:search:MySavedSearch"

I don't think that is what I need. I need my dashboard to run, even when its not open, so when I open it it will be ready and all reports are loaded. my dashboard is loaded with heavy reports.
Do you want to speed up reporting or searching?
I want the reports to run in the background, so when I open my dashboard, it will be ready because it has already been activated.
Is it schedule execution every hour, or you use faster reporting?
