Does Splunk supports oAuth2.0 based Single-Sign-on?
If it is, does it supports both LDAP and Single-sign-on authentication concurrently?
Splunk does NOT support OAuth for SSO. Splunk uses SAML for SSO. However, you can put a web server (Apache, IIS, etc) in front of splunk to proxy connections through and configure that proxy to authenticate OAuth if you really want to, though I'm not sure why if you can support LDAP.

Once you enable SSO you cannot login through LDAP by default.
read the question too fast!
thanks!
But I can select only one authentication at a time in Access control settings.(LDAP or SAML).
Correct, Splunk auth mechanisms support LDAP or SAML, not both at the same time. If you want to do LDAP and SAML, it would require some form of custom scripted authentication (which is supported by splunk).
what is the use case? what problem are you trying to solve?
