When try to run Update Calendar Usage Report under the Help menu in the Citrix XenDesktop 7 app I get the following error: Error in 'outputlookup' command: You have insufficient privileges to perform this operation.

I cannot find any information specific to the Citrix XenDesktop app or the 'outputlookup' error.

Greetings;

I've just installed the TA and app in my Search Head Cluster/Indexer Cluster environment, and am extremely amazed at the level of reporting the app provides out of the box. I've gotten everything working, except for the "Usage Calendar".

I've run the rebuild of the lookup for usage calendar under help, but it comes back with no results found.

My TemplateForXenDesktop7/lookups/calendar_users.csv file is empty, and writable.

Any recommendations?

Thank you,

-mike
