I apologize but I'm not sure where to ask this question so I figured I would start here.
When I go to the Splunk website and try to get a password reset email sent to me, it never shows up in my Inbox. If I try it with a dummy account with a personal email address, it comes immediately. If I try it with my work email, it never shows up.
I have gone back and forth with the Help Desk and they say that mail from 'splunk.com' is whitelisted and so they pretty much say "sorry about your luck" Is there anything I'm missing? Does the email come from a different domain than 'splunk.com' that I'm missing? I really need to login to the education portal but I've hit a brick wall.
Any ideas?
