Where can I download my Splunk certifications?

I recently passed the tests for the Splunk Power User and Splunk Admin certifications. I got emails from Splunk saying I can download the certificates from the Customer Portal. However, there are no links for anything regarding certifications on those pages. Does anyone have the link where I can login and download my certificates?

I think I can help on this. It should be in your salesforce customer profile:

  1. Go to https://splunkcommunities.force.com/customers
  2. Type your Splunk username/password
  3. That should take you to your salesforce home page with a navigation menu on the left that looks like that one in the picture below
  4. Click on "My Certifications"
  5. You can download them from there

There are other ways to get there via www.splunk.com > My Dashboard > Licenses in case you are interested.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
J

To download your Splunk certifications, you need to log in to the Splunk Customer Portal at https://www.splunk.com/page/customer_portal. Once you have logged in, you should be able to find your certifications under the "Certifications" section. If you are unable to locate them, please contact Splunk support for assistance.

What if the account is 3 years old and I am no longer with the company that sponsored the training?  How would I go about getting the certificates that I earned?

Thank you

Hi, @rogerpringle.

If it's been more than three years and your certificates are expired there might not be a way to access them. However, it's worth a shot to send an email to certification@splunk.com and see if there is anything they can do!

Hope this helps.
