Hi Forum,

I trying to determine when a bucket rolled from hot to warm.

For me it looks like modTime value is updated when a bucket is rolled from hot to warm but not when it's moved from warm to cold.
Furthermore is looks like the values is updated when tsidxreduction was done.

Are there any more conditions when the value could be updated or am I save to use this value for determine rolling actions from hot to warm?

Best regards,

Andreas

Hi Schose!

dbinspect's mode time is defined as:

The timestamp for the last time the bucket was modified or updated, in a format specified by the timeformat flag.
