Right, I think the challenge is to find the right balance between this Splunk answers forum and Support.
Exactly. There are lots of people in the answers forum as well as on Slack chat that have tons of technical knowledge. However, there are times when a case needs to be opened.
Sure thing - great support from both sides, just with different pace and attitude ; -)
