How to add color to certain fields in a dashboard when certain conditions met.

Hi,

This is my table(drilldown) look like

name value count

abcd 1000 25
xyz 2000 35

I want to change the background color of the name(xyz) and count(35) on search which having maximum count.

I have tried some javascript but its not working.Wether only throw javascript is this possible.Please help.
