Hi All,
I have found a link to integrate Cherwell with Splunk, but as per my understanding the integration is for Cherwell application logs, such as Error/Debug/Info.
How can we monitor Cherwell tickets (Incidents/Service etc..,) in Splunk??
Kindly provide your inputs on the same.
It will depend on how to get data out of Cherwell. I recommend you contact the vendor for REST API documentation to see what is available. Write a script to pull the correct data that you want to get into Splunk. They you should have what you need to meet your use case. This is the same method that our customers use to monitor Remedy/SNOW tickets. There is a Service Now app but nothing for Cherwell according to Splunkbase.
You'll see a few integration examples in this answer that might be helpful as well.

And numerous other posts around ticketing integration in general.
