Why does "Splunk Atom Feed: installed-file-integrity" not exist on all my instances?

This endpoint https://127.0.0.1:8089/services/server/status//installed-file-integrity works on about half of my instances, but it doesn't exist on the others. I realized they didn't exist when the 6.5 Health Check "Integrity check of installed files" failed.

There were a few heavy forwarders that had not yet upgraded to 6.5. Yes, I'm an idiot.
