Received PDF Report but no result shown

I've scheduled a number of PDF reports to be emailed out. Most I've received are fine except for one.

This PDF report does not have results,ie.the timeline is blank and the table results are being greyed out by a blank box.

I'm able to do a search in splunk fine.Any advise?

I'm including a screenshot of the actual pdf report that arrived in email. This is an emailed report of a view. If I manually load the view, the results are all there -- and they only take a few seconds (at most 3-5 seconds) to load. Why is the content not be displayed in the PDF report?

I was able to get these to display in the PDF Report by NOT scheduling them which makes no sense.

Not sure if it's the same issue, but I looked at the answer in here and it helped me out..

Just remember to back up any files you change... just in case.
