Kareem,

The existing CSS app hasn't been updated for more than a year; there's a minor compatibility issue with the much more recently updated ASA, WSA & other TAs. There's a workaround, but for now we've disabled public downloads as the app isn't the best starting point for users brand new to Splunk. Ping your Splunk or channel SE and they can get you the bits & patch.

When I checked it...

The Cisco Security Suite app is currently under review and is not available for download at this time. Please explore these Cisco Security Add-ons:
Cisco ASA Add-on
Cisco ESA Add-on
Cisco eStreamer Add-on
Cisco ISE Add-on
Cisco IPS
For more details on Cisco Security Suite, please contact your Splunk account representative.

Not sure when that happened or for how long it will remain that way, but I'm sure that's the issue.
