Hi,

How can I find the create date of a report and any modifications to it's schedule?

Also, the local.meta should show at least when it was last modified and possibly the associated user.

well, I don't think there is a direct way to get this information. But if you have the internal logs for long enough, you can determine when it first reported. And looking at the pattern of how frequent it was running over the time, you can determine the changes in schedules and the time when it was changed
