I will use Splunk with Cisco Web Security Appliance, I would like to know if there is license for this feature. Any help will be very appreciated.
There is not a specific license for this feature. If you've got the app and the inputs, you're good to go with your normal license.

Cisco may need to provide you with a license to ensure that your splunk license doesn't get chewed up by all the data the appliances are sending to the indexing server.
