Why am I getting a license warning if I have not exceeded the developer license limit?

The following link says the developer license allows indexing of 10gb/day: https://splunkbase.splunk.com/develop/

I am trialing out some stuff and I'm sending in 0.313Gb/hr (7.512Gb/day), so I thought this would be all good. However, after a few hours, I've seen a license warning. When I went to the license manager, it's saying my quote is 0.488Gb/day.

Can someone explain the discrepancy? I only need this to work at this rate for a week while I trial out some stuff. I've turned off my input for now so it doesn't cripple my server.

0.488GB sounds very close to 500mb which is the free license. Are you sure you have a developer license installed?
