I configured the mail server and alert, but the alert email is not being sent and the following message appears:

ERROR:root:(550, '5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender') while sending mail to: cor@printlaser.com

Thank you!!

If you’re not getting alerts from Nest, make sure that you’ve set up notifications in the Nest app and that your phone isn’t set to block Nest app notifications. Also check that your email program isn’t putting Nest emails into the junk folder.

This error means your mail server will not allow you to send mail as the email address you're using. Often times you'll have to create this user / email address.

I'm talking about splunk@printlaser.com

I checked all the settings, found no error. When I test the e-mail out of Splunk works. The emails do not are on the junk folder.
