Our URL filtering logs suddenly stopped coming, but we see it in the overview dashboard. When we restart the Splunk server, it starts coming again, but then stops again. We are on version 5.0.0 of the app. Can we get some help please?
Hi perreau. There is nothing in the App or Add-on that could cause an intermittent issue like that. Especially one that is solved by a restart of Splunk. Maybe the Splunk Enterprise platform is dropping events for some reason. I recommend opening a Splunk support ticket to troubleshoot this.

I checked this morning when i got into the office and it seems to be behaving OK now. I will monitor and see if it happens again and raise a ticket with Splunk support.
