Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP. Is it possible for me to take the 7z file from the email auto support sent out and manually put it into Splunk?

I know the Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP is designed for me to go in and collect the files directly from the Netapp appliance, but is it possible for me to take the 7z file from the email Auto support sent out and manually put it into Splunk?

We are managing a lot of netapps but can't connect all of them directly to splunk. We would love to have tool to analyze logs from netapp more efficient.
