After installing the Splunk App for WebSphere Application Server, why am I unable to find the app or dashboards?

I'm unable to find the app or dashboards after installing the app. It appears this is an add-on for the forwarder and not an app. Could someone please elaborate on the dashboards?

I believe you will need to restart splunk, or give it a debug-refresh command at something like : http://splunkserver:8000/en-US/debug/refresh
