Splunk Add-on for EMC VNX: Why am I not getting file:client data from cifs collection?

Hoping someone can help me with this.

So everything seems to be working great as far as cifs file source is concerned, but I am not getting anything for the client performance.
I see this error message in the ta_vnx.log nothing in the splunkd.log that concerns me.

Hi,
Can you confirm that you have the right permission to access client performance and there is data available for the same?

Thanks,
