Help with creating a deployment server

Hi,

I'm trying to create a deployment server, but I'm having problems. Initially, it gave me a "FAILED_LOAD_DEPLOYMENT_SERVER" message, so I tried editing the serverclass.conf file, but now when I go into the forwarder management, it's blank.

Here's my serverclass.conf (I have no apps yet)

[global]
disabled = false
repositoryLocation = /apps/splunk/etc/deployment-apps
whitelist.0=*

[serverClass:lightforwarders]
whitelist.0=*

[serverClass:lightforwarders:app:SplunkLightForwarder]
stateOnClient=enabled
restartSplunkd=true

You need to create an app in deployment-apps in order to see the ui to create server classes

Check this great resource:

------------
Hope I was able to help you. If so, some karma would be appreciated.
