Getting Data In

Can I use Splunk to monitor devices connected to a wireless router in my household?

I am a rookie and need help.

I want to monitor what people are doing online in my household.
Netgear router--WNDR3700v3.
I have computers, laptops, kindles, and smartphone that connect online with a wireless router.
I want to track what each IP address is doing 24 hrs a day.
I have tried wallwatcher and it does not support my router.
Tried syslog but too hard to configure.
I am also trying paesslers' monitoring, but I don't think it does what I want.
Can anyone tell me if Splunk will do what I want and direct me to the right place for answers if that is the case?
thanks
