Are there any predefined reports and dashboards for Steel-Belted Radius logs?

May I know please if there are any predefined reports and dashboards for Steel-Belted Radius
or any one work with this product's logs using Splunk?

Not exactly predefined dashboards or reports, but at least the TA to get you started with the data: here.

i have checked both props.conf and transforms.conf for this add on but unfortunately not contain any user information

What information would you like to see there? I just took a look at the app, and there's not much in there that needs description. It may get you started with how to interpret your data, but you don't have to use it if you don't like it.

yes i see this before but i couldn't found any document describe how to use it

Unfortunately, if the creator of that app doesn't provide any documentation, you'll have to find out yourself by reading through the .conf files/looking at the knowledge objects that this TA comes with in the web UI.
If you need any help with creating searches, post some sample data (anonymize if needed) and what you would like to see, and we might be able to help you 🙂
