Just switched to Free licence - Firefox stops working

Just upgraded 4.1.7 to latest 4.2.1. Still had a few days on the original trial licence, but decided to move to free. Did that and http://localhost:8000 in Firefox gives

404 Not Found
App "launcher" does not support UI access. See its app.conf for more information.

You are using localhost:8000, which is connected to splunkd @98164 at https://127.0.0.1:8089 on Tue May 10 14:36:34 2011.

If I switch my FF renderer to IE for that displayed pag , it gives me more of a Splunk type page, but with this in the middle

"Splunk requires a newer version of Flash.. (Minimum version: 9.0.124)"

but I have latest flash - 10.2.159.1

Anyway, if I go to localhost:8000 in an IE tab of FF, then it all works.

Can't find any answers on Google, anyone seen this?

All changed just after changing my licence group to free
Any ideas?
Antony

I deleted the cookies for localhost in FF and it now works. I guess it was because I had previously set up a user and had logged in as that user. Now Free licence just automatically logs in as admin
