Probably Not. Because those that do, won't share it in public. If you are working on anything TS or TSSUTIL, you probably shouldn't be asking about it here. If you are not talking about the DoD TS or some other government agency, then please provide a link to whatever software you are using that needs a TA.

CA's Top Secret product is a security subsystem that runs on z/OS (and provides functionality similar to that of ACF2 and RACF)--it has nothing to do with U.S. Department of Defense "clearance" levels.

Please aim before pulling the trigger.

Please learn forum etiquette before down-voting answers. With the limited amount of information available, and absolutely no mention of CA, I assumed it was relating to clearance levels. A polite comment of "You have the wrong software, mate" would have sufficed, and I would have deleted the answer or at the very least edited it to contain the correct information.
