Where can I find a list of validated apps that work in Splunk Cloud?

I understand the DB Connect app is not validated yet and I assume this is the case for a number of other apps.

All official Splunk Apps and TA's are supported. We dont have a concise list published yet. However, you can start here : http://www.splunk.com/en_us/solutions/solution-areas/cloud.html . There is a general listing of some of our most popular apps. Other then this, once you log in to your Cloud Stack, the App browser will display all the vetted apps.

Additionally, contacting your account rep or support, they will be able let you know if the app you want to install is approved.

In the near future we should have a cloud approved star by the apps.

Hi @ryanwilliamsacelity, DB Connect can be used with Splunk Cloud but it will need to run on a local Heavy Forwarder, pointing to the Splunk Cloud instance. This Heavy Forwarder, with DB Connect, sends the parsed data to Splunk Cloud. The splunkbase.com page will be updated soon to reflect which apps are supported in Splunk Cloud. For now, feel free to email sales@splunk.com if you need specifics on an app you have in mind for your deployment.
