Why I still don't get search results after importing new license - getting error with 'litsearch' command?

Hi everyone.

I imported new valid license for splunk but I still get error messages while searching "". The exact error is **Error in 'litsearch' command: Your Splunk license expired or you have exceeded your license limit too many times. Renew your Splunk license by visiting www.splunk.com/store or calling 866.GET.SPLUNK* and The search job has failed due to an error. You may be able view the job in the Job Inspector. I deleted the old expired licenses and created a new pool but nothing changed. Any ideas??

Thank you!

Is it possible to ask them to issue a reset key to Splunk?I think that it becomes better if apply the reset key.
