Where can I find details on a Splunk bug beyond the description mentioned in release notes (example: SPL-92730)?

The summary information in the release notes is the only information that Splunk publishes. If you need to discuss a defect in more detail, your best bet is to open a support case. The support engineers have access to the full defect records as well as the engineering team.
