I want to linked to Jira and Mint Express.

1. Can I offer web-hook function in Mint Express?

2. Now I using Jira6 but Mint Express not work.
   The authentication was success when I click "Account > MY INTEGRATIONS > JIRA"
   The authentication is failed when I click "Project > settings > PROJECT INTEGRATIONS > JIRA"
