Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP: How to troubleshoot what is preventing the scheduler from getting started?

OMohi

I have configured the data collection node, added it, added ontap collection nodes. I see connections valid as well as credential validations being valid.

Port 8008 is open and listening. Connection seems to be established on port 8008 between data collector node and search head. But I am unable to start the scheduler.
Is there a way anybody can troubleshoot or identify what the issue is that is preventing the scheduler from getting started.

Hi, a support case would be the bet mechanism.

index=_internal (source=*netapp* OR source=*hydra*) ERROR

might be useful too.
