How to monitor .pfx file in splunk ?

Can we able to monitor .pfx - (Certificate file) in splunk
Is there any specific sourcetype already pre-defined for it ?

No, you cannot. A .pfx file is in a binary format whereas Splunk only indexes plaintext data. I'm unsure what your use-case is too, grabbing data from a .pfx file (which includes your private keys for the certificate and everything) sounds like a Bad Idea and I'm not sure what you'd do with it anyway.
