Just upgraded from 5.0.2 to 6.1.2. Wow, what a difference.
There no longer seems to be a way to add a title to a graph when doing ad-hoc searches in the "search" module (the replacement for flashtimeline). I can add titles to the X and Y axis, just like before, but under the Visualization tab -> Format -> General, there no longer seems to be an option to put a title on the graph.
We used this extensively for ad-hoc searches, whip up a graph, slap a title on it, screenshot it, and send the results off. It seems that is no longer going to be possible, unless I'm missing something.
If I replace the word "search" with "flashtimeline" in the URL, click on the visualization icon -> formatting options -> General, "Chart title" is there, front and center.
Anyone else run into this and/or figure out how to do it? Saving every single search to a dashboard just to get a title added seems like WAAAAAAAY overkill.
Edit: Adding screenshot of what I see in the search view (... | timechart count ).
Here is a screenshot of what I see in the older flashtimeline view (... | timechart count).
We are using 6.1.1. In that i am able to see Dashboard Title and also Panel Title when i try to Save as dashboard panel.
I also see an option to edit title after dashboard panel is created.
Could you please post some screenshots
Edited my original post, and added a screenshot of both the new search view where the Chart Title is missing, and the flashtimeline view where Chart Title is present as an option.
