db connect

I recently installed db connect (1.1.4) to Splunk Enterprise version (6.0) and it was running fine for few days but now when every time I go to the app home page, it will continually refresh the page, it is showing:

The Java Bridge server is loading...

so I guess something wrong with Java Bridge, but I could not see any error from jb, it only shows lots of HTTP GET.

my java setting is:

java -version
java version "1.6.0_26"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_26-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.1-b02, mixed mode)

option:
-Xmx512m -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -server -Duser.language=en -Duser.region=

And I am using MySQL.

Hi. This sounds like a known issue which can occur when upgrading the app. See known issue DBX-357 in Release Notes: http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/DBX/latest/DeployDBX/Releasenotes#Known_issues

The recommended fix is to backup your current /etc/apps/dbx directory, and perform a fresh install of the app. For details, see this troubleshooting item:

Hello thanks for the tips, I did a back and fresh installation, after that, the initial try is good, but after an hour, the page start refreshing again. My current role is 'admin' and is that the source of the problem? I didn't have dbx_user role, but I guess admin naturally inherit every role? thanks
