SSO is enabled but logout link still remains

Hi all,
I have configured our splunk SHs with SSO enabled and everything works fine. My login works fine, and die login screen is bypassed. I also have verified this via /debug/sso. But the logout link still remains. Has anyone of you an idea, where I can have a look what went wrong?

Some additional informations of my installation
3 Search Heads (Splunk 6.0.3), Splunk Web with SSL, and LDAP group mapping
1 Citrix Access Gateway as loadbalancer

Also looking for details on removing the logout link and disabling the login screen when SSO is enabled (Splunk 6.1 in this case). Are there any answers here?

Actualy there are no new infos. I'm in contact with support for clarification. If I have new infos, I will post them.
