My Selected Fields do not stay in the Selected Fields Area

I have some saved searches and I have fields from a data source (csv file) and my fields are defined in props and transforms. So every time I bring up the save search my selected fields are grouped with the "Other Interesting Fields" column instead of the Selected Fields. Seems like the "pick fields" option works sporadically.

Anyone have suggestions?

I am having the same problem. when I select search view, then type the search keyword, the view flashtimeline shows my selected fields correctly. when I use savedsearches on my app dashboard, the flashtimeline does not show my selected fields. my selected fields are defined in viewstates.conf

Do you use multiple search heads? Maybe they are load-balanced?

Also, could you be searching in different views? I think this might be user metadata that is saved on a per view (page) basis. Sometimes it is easy to search with the flashtimeline in the search app and also search in another app with a similar page.
