I have a js script and want to consume the output in splunk. What command should I use to make sure splunk can consume the output of the .js file? Print("output")?

Splunk will read your script's stdout stream, so if Print("output") writes to stdout then yes. However, that depends on what your script is doing/using. For example, with Node.js you may be looking for process.stdout.write("foo").
