How to generate a report to see how many times a certain URL has been accessed ?

I am monitoring a certain URL and I want to know how can I generate a report to see how many times this URL has been accessed by unique users?

I don't know which fields you have at your disposal, but for instance if the URL is extracted to the field url and the user is in the field user:
