You're free to ask your question here, but if you want to get an answer from Splunk's support folks I'd go to the main Splunk website > Support > Support Portal and that will let you open a case with them.

You can go to www.splunk.com and click on the Support pull down menu and then on the support portal which is the last item. You will need your authorized credentials to log into the support portal.
