Is it possible to skip the migration prompt after an upgrade?

We need to upgrade several hundred Splunk forwarders to the latest release. After the upgrade, the first time I restart Splunk from a command-line, I'm prompted about the migration process. Is there any way to make Splunk automatically complete the upgrade without requiring user input?

Thanks.

Yes:

splunk start --accept-license --answer-yes --no-prompt

will ensure that you don't get a prompt. If you have a boot/init.d script (not applicable on Windows), the default generated Splunk startup script does not contain these flags. I would recommend that you edit the default startup script to include these flags in any kind of a large distributed deployment.

Does this work with Universal forwarder installs that also prompt for user and password?
