Add hyperlink to one field in splunk DB query output

I am using a Splunk DB connect to pull out list of some tickets which my team is working on. One of the field which comes as part of the request is the request ID. Is there anyway i can attach a hyperlink of the ticketing application to the ticket field so that if we click on the request_id it should open a new window with the request details in actual app.

The hyperlink would be static for all the request id, all i need to do is append it at end of the link

you can setup a workflow action for the event. Take a look at the Google search tip example in the docs.
