I'm able to remove the Splunk logo from PDF reports, but I would also like to remove the date/timestamp from the footer as well. Any ideas?

this is a bit of a hack, but you can esaliy do this by editing the file:

$SPLUNK_HOME/lib/python2.7/site-packages/splunk/pdf/pdfrenderer.py

and comment out the line

canvas.drawText(textObject)

While this does the trick, the file will be overwritten whenever updates are applied.
