Why has our Splunk App for Salesforce stopped working?

We no longer get data pulled into Splunk for Salesforce. I've checked the event logs and the URL and everything seems fine. Credentials have been updated. Actually this has happened twice. The first time it happened, I reinstalled the plugin, and it worked for the first day only. Please can anyone assist? Thank you
