Hello, 

question about AWS Systems Manager | Splunkbase 
is there any nice way to teach Splunk (and SOAR) to trigger incidents, defined in AWS SSM Incident Manager?

root cause - it allows to call. 
and in our case this is almost only one option to make splunk informative and react on alerts out of business hours.
